As a Territory Sales Manager at Shan, you're the architect of business development within your territory. Your role involves employing a spectrum of sales techniques, identifying potential customers, and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Picture yourself actively engaging with potential customers, presenting our product offerings, and expanding your territory.
Contributions to Business Growth:
- Conduct meetings with DSFs, adhering to the prescribed format, and conduct mock calls to refine the selling pitch of the SKU/Initiative.
- Maintain FIFO at both the warehouse and in the market.
- Identify stock requirements at the warehouse and place orders by SKU as per agreed norms.
- Enhance the capabilities of distributors and their workforce through market training and coaching, ensuring regular follow-up with DSFs.
- Ensure the effective utilization of promotional budgets by distributors and DSRs.
- Provide weekly reports on all key performance indicators (KPIs) to the ASM.
- Screen and hire order bookers/DSRs.
- Ensure the implementation of the Annual Operating Plan while achieving monthly volume targets and monitoring range availability in the market.
What We Seek in You:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; preference given to those with a Master's.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
